Requirements
- After appearing or qualifying 10+2 exam the candidate has to register for CMA foundation course. The registration can be done through the website of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI).
CMA Foundation
Another most popular Course after CA in the field of commerce is CMA. Nowadays their demand is very high in the market. If u want to become expert in the field of Cost Accounting then this course is your real destination.
CMA Foundation is a partially subjective and a partially objective test comprising the following four papers:
PAPER 1: FUNDAMENTALS OF ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT (FEM)
PAPER 2: FUNDAMENTALS OF ACCOUNTING (FOA)
PAPER 3: FUNDAMENTALS OF LAWS AND ETHICS (FLE)
PAPER 4: FUNDAMENTALS OF BUSINESS MATHEMATICS AND STATISTICS (FBMS)
Each paper contains both descriptive & objective type questions. Each paper carries 100 marks for a total of 400 marks. A student has to score minimum 50% overall and 40% in each subject to pass the examination.
